GENERAL INFORMATION: The Program Manager works directly under the supervision of the Community Programs Assistant Director. It is the responsibility of the Program Manager to independently plan, organize and perform a wide variety of specialized administrative and technical duties in support of the successful completion of work scope goals and deliverables for grant-funded projects. The Program Manager is expected to autonomously design and implement plans to meet the objectives the National Service Grants. This position is based in the Petaluma office of the Napa County Office of Education

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
• Teaching Credential and/or Master’s degree in a related field preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing, coordinating, and budgeting for complex grant-funded projects
• Experience in managing AmeriCorps programs or similar programs, partnership development and leading -professional trainings is highly valued
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising staff
• CDL and NCOE driving clearance required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
