Under the direction of the Superintendent, or designee, work with various District Administrators and outside legal counsel to facilitate compliance with applicable state and federal laws, local ordinances, and Board Policies/Administrative regulations. Requires astute critical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, organization, and leadership skills. To provide leadership and management in administering, monitoring, coordinating and evaluation guidance/discipline services, health services and child welfare and attendance services. A valid California Preliminary or Clear Administrative Services Credential is required, as well as a valid teaching credential. A Master's Degree is highly desirable

STATUS: Certificated Administration / Management, non-represented
BENEFITS: District paid health & life insurance benefits package, capped at $16,300.00 annually.
RETIREE BENEFITS: Administrators who are at least 55 years of age, have been employed by the District for a minimum of 10 years, and who elect to retire early from employment, shall be eligible to continue District-paid health benefits for the retiree and eligible dependents until the age of 65 or until they become eligible for Medicare, whichever occurs first.
ANNUAL LEAVE: - 11 Sick Leave / Personal Necessity Days (Cumulative) - 3 Discretionary Days (Non-Cumulative) - 5 Bereavement days (Non-Cumulative) - 3 Family Illness Days (Non-Cumulative)
LONGEVITY: 3.0% per year beyond the last step
DEGREE STIPEND: - Masters $2,120 - Doctorate $3,711.00
DUES: District will cover the cost of dues in one professional organization
