Colusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a Human Resources Specialist II who can perform a variety of assigned duties in the human resources department.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: Administrative Services SALARY: $57,901 - $83,172 per year HOURS/DAYS: 8 hours per day, 260 days per year BENEFITS: Partially paid medical, dental and vision benefits; paid vacation and sick leave; CalPERS retirement EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: two years college-level course work in business administration, human resources or related field and three years personnel-related experience LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ and FBI Fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance, COVID-19 vaccination verification (or program-required equivalent), and a valid California driver’s license, and disclosure of CA-DMV Driver Record (INF-1125) following acceptance of a job offer.
