Under the direct supervision of the Principal- Special Education, provides appropriate educational services to students with identified visual impairments and develops and writes individual education programs (IEPs) for the students. ***Signing Bonus*** of $12,000 available to candidates with preliminary or clear credentials.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid California Educational Specialist Instruction Credential authorizing Visual Impairments or other CA Specialist credential authorizing teaching of visually impaired students. CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION -Bachelor' s degree from an accredited college or university; -Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential authorizing Visual Impairments; or -California teaching credential with authorization to teach visual handicapped students( EL CLAD)
