MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1) A high school diploma or GED; AND 2) Three (3) years of professional, general clerical experience; INCLUDING one (1) year of administrative support duties; AND 3) Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff ***Before scanning attachments, remove/redact sensitive, confidential information such as date of birth, social security number, address and photograph*** SUBSTITUTIONS Substitutions for meeting the minimum qualifications for the professional experience requirement are allowed, as follows: Substitutions for the professional experience requirement are alllowed, up to a maximum of two (2) years; OR -A Bachelor's degree; AND -Three (3) months of professional experience as a peer tutor at a community college DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS -Professional experience with/in: -working with student athletes or participated on a competitive sports team -mentoring at-risk students -program development and implementation
