Any combination equivalent to A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a closely related field, and three years of job-related experience with demonstrated competence in a complex organizational technology environment or an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Administration, or closely related field, and five years of job-related experience or ten years of job-related experience in activities related to the implementation and operation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial systems.
