At Alliance, we aspire to have 75% or more of our scholars complete a four-year college degree. - To attain this goal, Alliance launched the “All Means All” initiative, a commitment to ensure that every student who walks through our doors is served to the best of our ability and has equitable access to rigorous grade-level materials to meet their academic potential. - The initiative includes our English Learners–currently about 18% of Alliance’s 13,000 scholars. - We provide English Language Development teachers with resources such as curriculum maps, a repository of instructional materials and videos, diagnostic assessments and item banks, one-on-one teacher coaching, weekly professional development, and the freedom to innovate. - Our instructional team is dedicated to building a research-based academic intervention model and dramatically strengthening our support of scholars’ social-emotional learning and mental health. - Teaching at an Alliance school is an opportunity to inspire transformational change for scholars and their communities while building lifelong, meaningful relationships.
