Seeking a mission-centered employee who will serve as the Varsity Head Coach of a high school athletic team to support the development of the athletic program by teaching fundamentals and advanced skills of the sport while following California Interscholastic Federation, Metropolitan Conference, Mater Dei Catholic and the Diocese of San Diego guidelines; responsible for all aspects of the program including philosophy of the sport, coordinating assistant coaches and volunteers, practices and other administrative duties. Applicants should be passionate about coaching their team while embracing the mission and philosophy of Mater Dei Catholic High School. Additional staff duties/responsibilities as needed by the school will result in a full-time position.
