Requirements / Qualifications

1. Must possess a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential, with School Psychology authorization. 2. Knowledge and proper administration of psychological and educational assessment instruments, including scoring, and interpretation. 3. Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to identification and placement of special education students. 4. Ability to perform a variety of specialized and responsible tasks; develop records, establish, and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, parents, and other school personnel. 5. Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups within an ethnically and culturally diverse community. 6. Experience in consultation and in-service training within the public-school setting. 7. Demonstrated success in time management and preparing effective verbal and written communications. 8. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License. 9. Bilingual communication skills desired.
