Site Computer Technician Site(s): To be determined PCN# 230101 Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, the Site Computer Technician is trained, instructed, or assigned tasks; performs a variety of technological, instructional, clerical, and administrative duties to assist and support the audio-video and technology devices used in instructional programs; is able to make phone calls to follow-up on planned support request from staff, students, and parents. Staff will be able to respond to basic Tier 1 Help Desk calls and can set up and configure computers, iPads, Chromebooks, printers, and classroom audio-video equipment. Duties will be commensurate with demonstrated ability, training, education, and experience.
