Sacramento Waldorf School is at an exciting point in its 65-year history. Preschool through High School, we are deeply engaged in developing anti-bias pedagogy and policies, auditing our curriculum for values alignment, training in restorative practices, and working on the next evolution of our Waldorf education programming. POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the High School Administrator is the successful planning, organization, and supervision of the high school in order to foster an inclusive, welcoming, and high-quality Waldorf education for all high school students in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Sacramento Waldorf School.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing a wide array of administrative and operational aspects of an office or organization of similar size.
  • Work experience within an educational and/or nonprofit setting preferred.
  • Experience in Waldorf education.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Background clearances as required by government regulations.
