CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Valid California Education Specialist, Clinical Services or School Psychology credential, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification or ProACT Certification or ability to earn certification within 90 days of employment, and English Learner Authorization. *An annual stipend bonus is paid for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification* EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Minimum of five (5) years of successful work experience in special education. Experience in planning and presenting staff development activities. Experience in applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Experience in providing 1:1 behavioral intervention program to students with disabilities Experience in monitoring student behaviors and progress. EDUCATION: Masters degree preferred. Candidate must have, or be enrolled in a program to complete the requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
