Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Graduation from high school supplemented by college-level course work in secretarial science or related field. • Four years increasingly responsible secretarial or clerical experience. • Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. • Knowledge of procedures including use of Internet, word processors and data base management programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Desktop Publishing desirable. • Knowledge of budget monitoring and control. • Ability to compile data and prepare specialized and comprehensive reports. • Ability to type at a corrected rate of at least 50 words per minute. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
