Requirements / Qualifications

-Resume -Two (2) years of successful driving experience with a demonstrated record of safe driving -Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver’s License -Possession of a California Special Drivers Certificate -Drving record from the DMV (K4) -CPR & First Aid Certificate - CPR and First Aid courses must be in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Online certifications will not be accepted. Please Note: A BLS certificate alone does not meet the CPR/First Aid requirement. In addition to BLS you must attach a First Aid Certificate. -All applicable state and federal licensing requirements

Interested applicants are required to submit an on line application through TalentEd and all required attachments prior to the application deadline. ** COPIES OF DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED MUST BE LEGIBLE **PLEASE NOTE: Failure to attach the required documents WILL cause you to be SCREENED OUT. Documents received in person, via email or fax, and/or after the deadline will NOT be considered. When a fully completed application and supporting documentation is received, applications are reviewed, screened and applicants are selected for testing. It is very important to watch for District emails as all communication, such as testing schedules, and other notifications will be done by email ONLY. All applications are reviewed and it is not necessary for applicants to contact us to review their application. Due to the large number of applications we receive, our office will only contact those applicants who are selected for testing or an interview. If selected, applicant must check their email the day before testing to ensure no changes have occurred. Interviewed candidates are notified of the interview outcome upon position selection via email.
