Job Summary
The Mental Health Therapist with Aspiranet’s new Hope Forward Campus in Turlock is a key team member who complete assessments, diagnosis, treatment & safety planning and provides treatment utilizing real-time therapeutic interventions, individual, family, and group therapy. The Mental Health Therapist is part of a milieu made up of clinical team members who works with others to support youth with complex trauma and significant behavioral challenges. This position includes a $1,500 sign on and $1,500 continuation bonus! This is your opportunity to change the lives of traumatized youth and their families. Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Work Experience: • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling related field. • Intern Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ACSW, AMFT, APCC or Registration as a Psychological Assistant with the Board of Health and Welfare • Minimum of four (4) years’ clinical experience working with youth with complex trauma, significant behavioral challenges and preferably with youth in foster care or group home.
