
Student Wellness Coordinator - Remote position based in Oceanside, California at SIATech - School for Integrated Academics & Technologies - San Diego
Job Summary
Job Summary
Promote and enhance the overall student wellness mission by providing services that strengthen home, school, and community partnerships and address barriers to learning and achievement; implement and lead a mental health and wellness program for all students; support and train staff on best practices and strategies throughout California to support optimal student mental health and wellness; coordinate services and support to site administrators to ensure effective intervention strategies and the delivery of services to all students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum of five years experience working with high school student mental health and wellness Experience working with opportunity youth student population Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive counseling program across multiplesites Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling or Social Work preferred Valid and current California Professional Pupil Personnel Services credential or Master’s Degree inSocial Work LCSW preferred Valid California driver’s license Current TB Test

Salary: $79,185 - $101,363
Master's Stipend $2,184.00, Doctorate Stipend: $2,184.00
Member of California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS). SIATechcontributes 26.68% of salary to CalPERS annually (2023-2024).
