This recruitment will be used to form an eligibility list. The eligibility list will be active for a period of six months and will be utilized to fill current and future vacancies in this classification. Purpose Statement: Under general supervision by a Program Director/Manager, perform difficult, varied and confidential secretarial and coordinating duties for an administrator by relieving him/her of administrative, technical and clerical details; and other duties as required. This position is in the Child Development Department on the Green Valley Road Campus.

Experience: Prior clerical, secretarial, and administrative experience of an increasingly responsible nature. Work in an educational setting is preferred.
