Materials: California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) authorization INITIAL PLACEMENT: We accept ALL years of experience credit for initial placement on the salary schedule. (1) step for each year of properly verified certificated teaching experience. Applications will be accepted online only.
