Job Summary

Job Summary

This educator will work in a hybrid assignment, serving as a teacher leader and intervention specialist working directly with students. As a leader and specialist, this educator works with coaches, and trains other teachers and support staff in identifying, developing, and applying assessment and instructional intervention strategies designed to improve student learning in specific areas. In addition to the teacher leader role, will work directly with students in a variety of educational settings, individual or team teaching. Implements district adopted intervention programs as designed; participates in coordinating and planning a site intervention plan in conjunction with site and district personnel; conferences with parents and students for individual student assistance; ensures the completion of projects; and complies with the terms and conditions of established intervention program policies and procedures for students.
