-Single Subject Credential authorizing service in the field of Physical Education -Resume -Letter of Introduction -CBEST Passing Status -CSET Passing Status or Subject Matter Waiver Letter -3 Current Professional Letters of Recommendation (dated within one year) - Copies of Transcripts Please attach all required documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
