Requirements / Qualifications

- Valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate - High School Diploma or equivalent -One (1) year experience in large quantity food preparation, serving in a cafeteria or restaurant OR -Six (6) months experience as a Kitchen Assistant or a Snack Bar Attendant and three (3) months training or substitute experience as a Kitchen Operator for Fontana Unified School District - Please refer to "Job Description/Essential Elements" above to review additional qualifications for this position. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION FOR THIS POSITION: - Two (2) years experience in food service and preparation.

Proof of certificates, education, etc. will be required upon recommendation for employment.
