Job Summary

Our team of Mental Health Program Managers plans, organizes, coordinates, and manages our clinical programs and program staff while providing administrative support for all department matters. Your role allows our MFTs to provide essential services to our clients so they can become competent, caring, and contributing members of society. Monthly Salary Range: $6,578.34 - 8,140.76 *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Requirements / Qualifications

As a Program Manager at IRL, you will (list is not inclusive of all duties): provide leadership and management in all department matters. maintain program monitoring to meet the department’s program requirements. directly supervise Clinical Treatment staff. be proficient in DMH Electronic Health Record System, including preparing & understanding program documentation, administrative & billing reports, managing staff’s client documentation, and support in training service providers. meet the department’s deadlines for processing managed staff’s clinical documentation. support clinical staff in meeting all LA County DMH and Almansor documentation and contractual agreements. maintain an effective working relationship with LA County DMH and all other agency staff Incentives and Benefits of Joining Our Team: Competitive total compensation package Merit-based annual raises An excellent mentorship program and exceptional training provided Intentional professional growth plans (we promote from within!) You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered: Fully licensed MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist with the State of California Experience working with children, youth, and adults with mental health disabilities 1 year management experience Successful experience in compliance monitoring of state, federal, and county regulations as well as peer reviews regarding specific populations of clients served Auto insurance liability coverage for work-related travel (25/50k liability coverage) Valid California Driver’s License Must clear a current background check through the FBI and state agencies A current TB Test (within the last 6 months) Environment Qualifications: An employee may encounter a noise level that is usually moderate to loud and, from time to time, can be emotionally unsettling because we work with students who have the potential to act out aggressively or display other maladaptive behaviors. The work environment usually comprises adults, children, and professional staff in an office setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Working at a computer up to 50-75% of total work hours. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50-pound boxes. Traveling to and attending training, meetings, and conferences and frequently traveling to other IRL sites as needed. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
