This position is Remote however it will require occasional in-person attendance. The School Counselor creates a comprehensive school counseling program that focuses on adult student outcomes, teaches student competencies, and are delivered with identified professional competencies; determines appropriate course placement, intervenes to support academic goals, provides students with resources and advice on postsecondary education, careers, and other major life issues; plays a significant role in the lives of students through group and one-on-one goal-setting and counseling sessions. This is a full-time position, employees must be available to take work related calls and attend meetings as needed with minimum disruption, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm.
