Job Summary

This position will assist with District / County transportation either by school vehicle (class c license) or via school bus (class b with passenger endorsement). This position will also have custodial and maintenance duties including cleaning, snow removal, and other duties. Hiring Incentives: *$1000 annual stipend for holding and maintaining your class A or B plus passenger endorsement *Retention Bonus: $1000 at 6 months and $1000 at 12 months *If you do not already possess a commercial license of class A or B plus a passenger endorsement Alpine County Schools will provide paid training upon hiring

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Required: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Good work history, demonstrating reliability and responsibility. 3. A valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License with a good driver's record and with experience on snowy and icy roads. Desired: 1. Operation of heavy vehicles is preferred. 2. Custodial and/or maintenance experience is desirable. 3. Class B Driver License with passenger endorsement If you do not already possess a commercial license of class A or B plus a passenger endorsement Alpine County Schools will provide paid training upon hiring. DMV Printout Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two dated within last 3 years) Resume
