We are looking for an inspired Pre-School Teacher to complement our dynamic team. If you are looking for small class sizes that allow an individual approach to learning, are patient, positive, energetic, and experienced in creating a safe learning space, this might be the right position for you. These kiddos have boundless energy and curiosity! Patient, compassionate yet firm, you work at having a soft front and strong back. A leader. A patient, positive, organized, leader. You are collaborative, have a growth mindset, and know when it is time for a refresh and self-care. You get that burnout is real and even with your amazing capacity to do great things, you take care not to get overly involved, have healthy boundaries, and work with the team versus going it alone, solo. You feel it is time for a change, a different way to engage students in the learning process AND will gladly be their guide. If this sounds like a version of you, come talk with us! Qualifications: o Must have a minimum of 20 early development credits. o BS or BA from an accredited college and/or university and a CA teaching credential are preferred but not required.
