Job Summary
Job Summary
Provides direct oversight and supervision of the Prop 64 program including the Marijuanna Intervention and Prevention Program and the Youth Recreation Program. Also provides oversight to the Teen Parenting Program. Monitors, evaluates, and develops program implementation, budget development, and maintains relationships with community partners. Attends meetings with grantor, reports data to Director, and implements services according to the grant. Provides community stake holder input meetings, gathers community data, and develops planning sessions for community school processes.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in job related field or experience and training in the field may be considered equivalent to formal education and experience is required. 2. Three years’ work experience in the area of marijuana prevention and intervention programs, health education sponsored by education, government agencies, or community-based organizations is required. 3. One year experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of successful programs including preparing applications for funds, conducting workshops, and working with multi-agency planning teams is required All applicants must complete an online application through EDJOIN at www.edjoin.org and required documents must be attached to the EDJOIN application (do not email, mail, or fax).
