Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum 4 years of work experience which would prepare the candidate to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. 2. Prior experience at a management or supervisory level is required. 3. Demonstrated capability for working successfully within the facility maintenance and operations industry. 4. The ability to work successfully with employee unions, professional educators and administrators, and the public. Experience in a K-12 school Maintenance and Operations department is desired, but not required. 5. Successful completion of the CASH Maintenance Management Certification Program is desired, but not required.
COMPLETED APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE: 1. A personal letter of interest giving reasons for being interested in this position. 2. A current resume including background information, educational experience, and achievements. 3. Three current letters of recommendation (current means within the last two years). 4. A complete set of college transcripts.
