- Credential Copy (CTC Printout of Valid, California Pupil Personnel Services Credential showing School Counseling authorization with expiration date.)
- Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
- Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendations, signed and dated within the last (1) year (no electronic signatures))
- Resume (Current and applicable to this position.)
