QUALIFICATIONS *Has demonstrated ability to mentor the six core ethical values of "Pursuing Victory with Honor" (trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and good citizenship). *Proven ability to foster, build positive relationships, and mentor the coaching staff in effort to sustain a successful program. *Foster a desire to promote school spirit and a positive school climate. *Understand the budget and fiscal responsibilities of the entire program. *Build positive relations with staff, students, parents, and media. *Organize the acquisition and inventory of equipment, materials, supplies. *Communicate with staff, students, and parents with character and competence.

Only accept CPR/First Aid certification courses with either Red Cross or American Heart Association. No online CPR/First Aid Certification will be accepted, required to be a hands-on course. If selected to coach, the following items will be required prior to clearance: 1) Attain the "Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate" through the NFHS website $50. 2) Unless you hold a valid teaching credential/or 30-Day Substitute Permit, you will need to attain an ASCC through the CTC website $102.50. 3) Fingerprints $69. 4) TB & Drug Screening $0. 5) CPR/First Aid certification courses
