Our Program Directors work closely with the Regional Vice President of Operations to provide personalized, evidence-based educational services for nontraditional learners in collaboration with families and public school districts. This is a real opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the students and families that we serve.  The Program Director supervises and provides direction to the administrative educational and related services staff to assure successful delivery of quality educational services and Spectrum Schools objectives. Through servant leadership, the Program Director seeks to meet personal, regional and company goals by building positive, professional and productive relationships with all staff. As the instructional leader, the Program Director is first and foremost responsible for creating a positive school culture and increasing student achievement by consistently ensuring the implementation of the instructional practices and strategies endorsed by and in accordance with ChanceLight policies.  Instructional strategies and practices might include, but are not limited to
