This position is Remote however it will require occasional in-person attendance in Southern and/or Northern California, approximately, but not limited to 2-4 multi-day events a year. The Instructional Assistant (Online Independent Study / Adult Students) is responsible to provide academic, and/or community-based instruction to students according to the prescribed directions of the credentialed teacher; monitor and record student progress; and relieve the teacher of routine record-keeping and clerical assistant duties. The Instructional Assistant may help students in general or special education classes. This is a full-time position, employees must be available to take work related calls and attend meetings as needed with minimum disruption, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm.
