Hollister School District is seeking to restart its award winning music program, a program that feeds into the Scarlet Regiment at San Benito High School.  The Middle School Music Teacher teaches classes at both middle schools, directs the Rancho-Maze Band, collaborates regularly with the Elementary Music Teacher and, and works closely with Save the Music - an active parent and community group.  Desirable candidates will possess a Single Subject Credential in Music and NCLB Highly Qualified status.  

Requirements / Qualifications

The number of positions and the site placement is subject to change based on student enrollment and site needs for 2023-2024. Valid California single subject Music teaching credential or authorization required; at least one year of teaching experience required; EL authorization required.

A letter of introduction, three (3) current letters of reference, resume, copies of credential(s), copies of all university transcripts required. Interviews may take place immediately following posting date until position is filled.
