Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Business Manager, to perform a variety of technical and complex clerical tasks; to be responsible for coordinating and organizing a specific set of functional activities; to distribute health information, provide emergency medical care and first aid; to perform special physical health care procedures for students; and to provide information and assistance requiring a thorough knowledge of Irvine International Academy policies and procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: Completion of the twelfth grade; and two years general clerical experience including the use of computers. Licenses/Certificate Requirement: Possession or, or be enrolled in training to obtain, a current first aid and CPR certificate.
