Mother Lode Union School District is located in Placerville, California, 32 miles east of Sacramento, in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. The natural landscape, collegial atmosphere, and supportive community make our district a wonderful place to work. We are currently looking for a School Bus Driver for the 2024 - 2025 school year. This position is for 5.5 to 6.5 hours per day (depending on route), 184 work days, 10 months a year (prorated for late start). Split Shift. The District contributes $14,334 annually for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (prorated for late start or less than full-time).
Requirements / Qualifications
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 1) California Commercial Class A or B Driver License (Ability to operate assigned fleet school buses) with the following endorsements: • “P” Passenger Endorsement • “S” School Bus Endorsement 2) California Special Driver Certificate for School Bus including Valid First Aid Qualification (if CHP First Aid Test waived must comply with Section 12522(c) of the CA Vehicle Code) (Ability to operate assigned fleet school buses) 3) Valid Medical Examiners Certificate & Medical Examination Report
