Job Summary
Job Summary
Under general direction, the Data Analyst, User Experience, supports the Customer Experience (CX) team with organizational change management data analysis, creation of data products, data journalism, and data support to assigned enterprise projects (e.g., enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems) including the verification of the quality of the data activities (e.g., data collection, data integration and analysis, and data presentation). An ideal candidate will possess specialized data expertise for conducting research and analysis of behavioral and readiness data to create written and visual narratives that support customer experience (CX) objectives including customer satisfaction, user interface experience (UIX), User Voice and solution co-creation together with organizational change management objectives including go-live readiness confidence, learning and training outcomes, system production experience and service design for enterprise projects.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, organizational change management, industrial and organizational psychology, computer science, or other fields closely related to the job requirements of the classification from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Experience: Three years of experience compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations regarding organizational processes or user behavior. Additional Requirements: A valid California driver’s license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain transportation between job sites is required. Experience with enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems is desirable. Certificates relevant to Organizational Change Management, Data Analysis, or Data Storytelling are desirable. Remote, work-from-home, or hybrid work days may be available. To ensure the health and safety of its staff, LACOE will require all employees to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
