Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Superintendent; the Director of Maintenance, Operations and Transportation plans, organizes, controls and directs operations and activities of the District’s Maintenance, Operations and Transportation (MOT) department; coordinate various construction planning and development activities. Works closely with the Chief Business Official to develop and prepare the annual preliminary budget for the MOT Department. MOT Director is responsible for managing the budget; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor’s degree or three years of experience in a combination of facilities, maintenance, operations and transportation activities. Proficient in Microsoft word products; Excel, Power Point, Word. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
