<p>San Diego Unified School District(SDUSD) is accepting applications to fill a vacancy for a <strong>Senior Executive Director, Human Resources</strong>. This position presents an opportunity for a visionary leader to make a lasting contribution.</p> <p>The Senior Executive Director, Human Resources is responsible to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise the operations of the Human Resource Services Division. Requirements / Qualifications

This position requires the following minimum qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A combination equivalent to a master's degree in human resources, business or public administration, or other related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience, including experience in human resources management.

Possession of a California Administrative Services Credential is desirable and/or certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California Administrative Credential, is desirable and/or
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certificate
Valid California driver’s license
