Boost School is a non-public school serving children with neuromotor Orthopedic Impairments. We are run by United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay, a non-profit organization that offers quality education, transition services and integrated employment opportunities with competitive wages and career opportunities, as well as accessible recreation programs. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is kind, flexible, and an innovative thinker. The candidate will contribute as a member of our collaborative team consisting of a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Pathologist, AAC specialist, Educational specialists and instructional aides. This position will primarily support students (aged 5-22) with their fine and gross motor needs during school hours, 9am to 2:23pm, Monday through Friday. The candidate will be compensated based on their credentials, years in the field and types of experience. The position is part time and requires 8-15 hours per week. We are willing to receive services through distance learning with periodical in person sessions. Interviews will be scheduled on Zoom followed by an in person visit.
