Washington Elementary School and Santa Barbara Community Academy/SBCA are currently in need of Special Education Paraeducator I's to work with their Mild/Moderate special education students. If you have experience working in a tutoring or teacher's aide capacity for elementary school children, we want to meet you! Classified Job Description Title: Special Education Paraeducator I Salary Schedule Range: 25 ($17.80 to $21.00 an hour to start, DOE) Purpose of Position: To assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students with disabilities in a mild-to-moderate or inclusion setting. Reporting: Reports to a school site principal or other certificated administrator.
