Job Summary
The Program Manager, Community Schools, is responsible for the management, development, and coordination of professional development and other supportive services for Community Schools related projects as a lead administrator for the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) project team. Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to developing and implementing regional services as part of the Southern Inland Region Transformational Assistance Center which includes the priority areas of the Community Schools strategy. Additionally, this position will provide leadership to the Community Schools staff as they collaborate to design, facilitate, and align innovative practices that support student achievement through the Community Schools priority areas, including but not limited to: Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, school culture and climate, wellness, wellbeing and mental health, restorative justice, early education, expanded learning, and family community engagement; and coordinates and facilitates various county committees, staff development and leadership activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s Degree in Education or a related field, from an accredited college or university; • Valid California Administrative Services Credential; • Five (5) years of combined experience as an administrator at a school site and at the district and/or county level; Five (5) years of combined experience with any of the following: implementing MTSS at a school site, district, or county level; administering state and/or federal wellness education programs; researching, writing, and administering state and/or federal grants and contracts; • Three (3)years of experience designing training materials and implementing professional development programs and/or workshops. This is a grant-funded position. Continuation of employment is contingent upon continuation of grant funding.
