1) PPS Credential authorizing service as a School Counselor (REQUIRED: provide the detailed copy specifically reflecting the authorization of "School Counselor" - the document must be current and reflect eff/exp dates) 2) Three (3) current letters of reference/recommendation 3) Current Resume 4) Transcripts - BA/BS degree and beyond 5) CBEST or BSR equivalency as approved by CTC. 6) Cover Letter
