The Special education teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) works under the direction of the Director of Special Education in providing coaching, support, and assistance to special education teachers and staff in instruction methodologies, compilation and writing Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) and leading professional development at variety of sites/districts.
