Requirements / Qualifications

Education, Training and Experience Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to: *Three (3) years experience in the area of music *Candidates currently enrolled in a music education program are preferred *Must have NCLB requirement - Proof of 48 college semester units or more from an accredited college or university or County certificate showing compliance of NCLB.( SUSD proficiency test taken before 7/01/04 does not meet this requirement.

No Child Left Behind Federal Requirement •High School Graduation or GED •Degree or completion of 48 semester units from accredited college or university –or- County office of Education Certificate showing compliance with NCLB. (SUSD proficiency test taken before 7/1/04 does not meet this requirement) *PROOF OF COMPLIANCE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION* A completed application must be submitted by 4pm February 17th, 2023 and must include a: Resume, Letter of Interest and proof of NCLB compliance.
