Requirements / Qualifications
Answers to the supplemental questions must be submitted with your application. Proof of completion in a recognized plumber apprenticeship program or a copy of your certificate of achievement in plumbing must be submitted with your application (if applicable). Proof of your highest obtained education, proof of valid CA Driver's License, and car insurance must be submitted by the final test part. You may upload the documents to your online application (in the "Attachments" section) or fax them to Gina Song at (626) 333-7416. *Per Board policy, employees are allowed on District campuses or facilities only if they are fully vaccinated. This resolution applies to all applicants upon hire. Applicants must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status to the Personnel Commission Office on the examination date. Applicants will not be allowed to take the examination without being fully vaccinated. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after completing two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
