Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Center Manager, this position provides administrative support for the program through the creation and maintenance of a variety of files; and preparation of various documents, reports and files, all in support of the program.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent is required. An associate's degree from an accredited institution is desired.
  • Two years closely related experience involving extensive public contact in a child development center program is required. Experience in a college early childhood education lab school setting is desired.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Per California Community Care Licensing Title 22 Regulations, the candidate must possess and maintain a valid Child Development Site Supervisor Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
  • First Aid (basic/pediatric) and basic CPR (adult/child/infant/AED) Trainings.
