The Food Services Division is committed to providing all LAUSD food service employees with excellent career development opportunities and a path to career advancement. Upon being hired as a Food Service Worker II (Driving) you will receive quality hands-on training combined with class room instruction to prepare you for a challenging work environment. A Food Service Worker II (Driving) may work 4 to 6.5 hours per day preparing and packaging food at a cafeteria that operates as a food preparation center, delivering meals to serving sites, and serving meals and collecting funds.
