The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools office acts as an intermediate service agency between the California Department of Education and the 33 school districts in San Bernardino County to help meet the educational needs of all children county-wide. Requirements / Qualifications
NECESSARY MATERIALS FOR APPLICATION • Completed Ed-Join on-line application (incomplete application will not be considered. All fields must be filled in); • Letter of introduction outlining experience, skills and abilities relating to this position; • Current resume; • Copy of Master’s degree; • Three (3) current letters of reference (dated and signed within three years); • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and provide all necessary materials on-line prior to the stated deadline to qualify as a candidate.
***APPLICANT MUST MEET MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO QUALIFY*** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Possession of a Master’s degree in Community or Public Health, Nutrition, Education or a closely related field from an accredited college or university; • Five (5) years combined experience managing projects related to MHSA, or NEOP, or TUPE, or Community School Partnership Program; • Five (5) years of experience researching, writing, and administering state and federal grants and contracts; • Three (3) years of experience as an executive in a public, non-profit, or private agency, including supervision of staff.
