
RESERVE SCHOOL POLICE OFFICER-LEVEL I /SUBSTITUTE at Snowline Joint Unified
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Possession of a High School diploma or GED Maintain current First Aid and CPR certificates Complete School Police Officer course mandated by law, within two years of being hired Possess Basic POST certificate PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Must pass pre-employment physical with back x-ray. School district will assume responsibility for the cost of physical for the successful candidate; ability to successfully complete the minimum POST agility requirements; while performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to perform heavy lifting (over 50 pounds); stand and walk for extended periods of time; bend at the waist; climb, crawl and kneel; reach, push, pull and carry items; climb ladders; use hands to operate equipment, and see to observe and drive from site to site; may be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Reserve Officers are required by P.O.S.T. to pass a physical and psychological evaluation and complete a background package prior to employment
