Job Summary
Regional K-12 Program Specialist, Riverside, Inyo, Mono and San Bernardino (RIMS) Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) College Readiness System, provides support to elementary and secondary schools involved in the implementation, development, and/or expansion of AVID systems in the RIMS region and coordinates regional activities with the RIMS AVID team and works collaboratively with departments in the Education Support Services Branch.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Possession of a valid California teaching credential; • Five (5) years of experience teaching at the elementary or secondary school level; • Experience teaching, administering, and/or coordinating AVID College Readiness System at the elementary or secondary level.
