Job Summary
The Bilingual District Operations Administrative Assistant works under the supervision of the Chief Business Official and is responsible for providing proactive administrative support for District and Charter Operations (Maintenance, Grounds,Facilities, Technology and Food Services). This is a temporary, categorically funded position.

Education, Experience and other Qualifications: 1. High school diploma 2. Appropriate computer and software skills 3. Secretarial/general office experience 4. Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written 5. Possession of valid California Driver’s license (driving is an essential function of the job)
